Welcome to ClipMagic. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our iOS application ("App"). By accessing or using ClipMagic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the App.
ClipMagic allows users to generate AI-powered videos by selecting an image and entering a text prompt. The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
While the App is free to download, certain features may require in-app purchases. All transactions are handled through the Apple App Store, and you agree to their payment terms and conditions.
Generated videos are created using third-party AI services (e.g., Replicate). You are solely responsible for the content you create and must not use the App to generate content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
All intellectual property rights in the App remain with ClipMagic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipMagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without prior notice if we believe you are in violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published within the app or our website. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
